Need to cap the PvP lvls. I'm lvl 13 fighting 18.....

7-13

14-19

20-21

But try better categorizing.

The difference between lvl 1-6 is not that different, and 7-9/10

But from then on, it's harder to say.

Twinks are for farming noobs, seems like the tables turned and you don't like it. Cap your toon and the issue is gone

15-18
19-21
That seems a lot more fair.
