My platinum is gone!!!

I had 28 platinum in my account and its gone now, when i tried to open a locked grand crate from the watch says you need 15 platinum to open and u have 0 platinum!!!!!I want my platinum back!!!!!

You get this plats from offers ? Maybe u uninstalled an app ?

i got platinum by completing offers it says u have 28 platinum in your account and i didint uninstalled any app. Then, i got disconnected and game says you have 0 platinum!!! Do something I want my platinum back!!!!

Platinums from free Platinum offers won't disappear if You remove the app. It's something else.
Check your Platinum purchase history at Spacetime Nexus/My Account/Purchase History
It has to show where did those Platinums have been spent.
