Mage freeze not working

Whenever I use freeze, it almost never freezes the enemies! Once in a while it actually works, but most of the time it doesn't! I can't freeze the enemies in PvE so it's becoming a problem now! Is this a bug? Please fix if it is!

my guess,its not a bug but to make frost bolt not OP in PVP they lower the chance to freeze the enemy but now you can freeze enemy in PVP too.if the enemy not freeze,it get slow

You guess would be completely false since, in another thread, a dev has verified that they have discovered the bug and are fixing it.

To OP, it would be best to look for similar reports before making a new thread on an issue that has already been covered.
