Elite Banded Chests Opening with Twinks

This is probably not going to work, or else it would have been done before..

I was wondering if you could buy Elite Banded Chests from the Auction House and open them on your Twinks to get Elite Legendaries at the desired level.

I'm guessing this is impossible, and they probably only come in L20-L21 versions, but thought I'd ask. Maybe people just don't wanna waste their chests for Twinking items.

dont think they scale to your level .. its either lvl 20 or 21.

I think they actually do scale to your level, could test it easy enough just buy one chest and then open on twink and see what level the items are.

That would not make any sense, why would we need to have reached lvl 20-21 to farm elite dungeons? We could just do what you said, or just remove the level restriction entirely.

I opened with 16 no pinks all epic @ lvl 20
