Ryom the frost town merchant does not provide an option to buy if his elite yeti quest is active. Seems like he should still give that option.

No it's not, but it's a bug, right? So I reported it, like you should do with a bug. Also, the quest is for 1000 pelts from the elite dungeon. It's not like it just takes a sec ;)
