What are the vanity, arcane and mythic types in the Consignment for?

I've just noticed the Vanity, Mythic n Arcane types, along with Any, Rare, Epic, Legendary. Does that mean we'll be able to buy vanity and RIPMAW (!!!!) from the Consignment stores?

Vanities can't be sold for now.
Mythic items might be available in the future, depending on how you will be able to obtain them (if they drop, they should be available for resell, if they have to be plat purchased, then likely not).
Arcane items (Hammerjaw for now) is available as a drop and in cs.
Ripmaw is not and likely never will be in cs.
