Ok so last night when i literraly passed out after killing 737 vyxnaars solo, Something Magical Happened... He appeared to me in a dream... Saying Recruit an Army of Mutant Level 30s With Maxed gear.. And send them out to Take over Forest haven! and Kill the Black ice Quest giver, Which will appear to stop you.

We need more 30s to do this ofc... so Make some!
