There is a glitch in your zoning. A level 21 toon can play with low levels when a low level (18) particulary joins a level 21 room. This becomes possible when that particular player chooses side first after a particular match (replay).Since he/she chooses first then level 21 in that current game can join also by clicking replay.Low level toons can then also join since the host is a level 18 toon and they meet the zone requirements.

I myself experience this once .Its tempting but this needs a fix.

I saw this yesterday when I realized I was on a team with 3 level 16 players and 1 lv 18. I asked the other team what the lowest level was there, and was told 20. I decided to stick in the game on hearing that and help out a bit, so I'm pretty sure at least 2 warriors on the other team were 16-17.

thats why there are sometimes lvl 20s in our lvl 10 twink parties ;)
