Maybe I'm just an idiot and the only one who didn't know this, but your iOS is constantly running programs in te background slowing down your device.
I came across a way to close them online all you have to do is press the home button twice fast rigt now a bar will pop up showing all the programs being ran in he background. Press and hold one of them until itnstarts shaking and there's a "-" on the top right of each one just press that to close all unwanted applications, and your device will run much smoother.
Just figured I'd throw this out there since everyone is complaining about lag
