Just got on and my device banned for 7 days i think my friend went on. Could i have unban and change my pass :(

No, but you can not discuss that here and email support@spacetimestudios.com bans arnt discussed here mate. 7 days really isnt that bad to be honest.

Nowadays, it depends on if the person logged in on the same device, seeing as now the game auto starts if you tell the app to remember your account info. If his friend logged in on his device which he had told to remember his info, his friend could have wreaked havoc without him ever having shared his account info. Predicaments.
Just wait out the ban, change your password, and don't let your friend use your device again.
