Frost bolt's ice patch freezes everyone in pvp

I've only had this happen once, but then that was the only ice patch I saw in pvp so far. What happened was that the mage on the opposite team cast a frost bolt, which killed my team mate and left an ice patch behind. This then froze my team and when the other team came nearby it froze them too. So both teams spent 2 seconds frozen. Which I'm quite sure is not the intended feature :D

I do not know if the mage who cast it was affected as well (he died right after)

So if anyone could confirm or try to reproduce that would be helpful :)

I think the OP's point is that in PvP it should only effect the opposing team, not their own team mate's.
(As some skills have been tweaked for PvP use)

It be like dropping a TimeShift and slowing/killing players on your own team aswel as enemy.
