People say rogue guild masters have under rated guilds and us usually turn out really bad
Personally I think that is not true tell me what you think about this!
handling guilds depends on the person whatever class they use.

Thats totally not true! I am a rogue from deviant misfits and my guild leader, Blakadder(sorry if i spell your name wrongly) is a good guild master! And our guild is also very successful in pvp!

I'm a Rogue GM and I think your class has very little to do with running a successful guild. It has everything to do with what kind of person you are.
