I went to the plat store to check out the new update, the level 30 item pack... why does it cost 30 plat? What's so special ? :) THANKS!!!!

it's level 20, not level 30. the level 30 ones cost 10 plat. apparently the level 20 items are rare; i'm not sure because i haven't bought any level 20 item packs.
