Hi!!
I could really use the following bird help:
PvE build for 70-76 (what to max to 9, what not to, etc.)
PvP build for 76
And a question-should I go pure dex?

Blast 9
Blind 8
Shattering scream 1
Avian scream 5
Repulse 9
Break 9
Thorn root 9
Rest goes into heal or thorn wall, your choice.

At 73, should I go dex/str for PVE and get talon set? I hate dying...

300 dex rest str full buffs, cry and scream and all 3 shots 1 on root 2 on wall 9 heal
Go buff wall blind cry scream blast root repulse heal then if not dead spam whatever shots have recovered and screams too
