I messaged support and I didn't get a verification email. I have sent 7 emails and hoping for a reply. It's been 1-2 months or so now...and they have not responded...

Whats the email your messaging?
They usually send an email saying basically make your request legit by clicking this link.
If not you might have the wrong email.
Try using the support tab near the top of the screen and clicking "send request" be sure to enter everything properly

Try pm'ing one of them here on the forums. And make sure the email address is correct ;) If you don't get a verification email, then they might not have received your request
