How does the forum level work

To get the guardian of alterra, obviously u need to be at that level
if ur on junior member, how to get to senior?
By among of Time u go on forum?
By among of thanks u got?
By the among of post u post?
i just wanna know so i get a idea maybe have a chance for guardian alterra shield
