Is crafted better than (the red version of stuff)
I'm deciding which to use for pvp. Also is crafted usable with elite items for a set? (Talking about blacksmoke drops)

Yes, crafted is generally better, though very pricy.

no doubt crafted is the best at everything, compare glyphic and crafted demonic
