What do you guys recommend the skill build for a bowchantress be?

i think it is a pretty common sight since, they rush into dex. in fact i saw one staff wielding birdie, nick 'massacre', i wonder if ur in this forum, but anyway he has 0 deaths and 1300+ kills, he is lvl 17 as well and i just wonder how can he survive, or maybe he just pots his way....

I am a bowenchantress convert

I run a Level 30 bowchantress (and a Level 30 bowarrior). Mostly dex, some str to up my health.

She has a DPS around 70 and can heal and rez. Can also do AoE combos for lots of damage.

I picked up the stars armor which isn't great on stats but looks great on an enchantress.

It's a fun build.

I got a question for a bowchantress build. Do arrows break the ice of an enemy when frozen by one of the mages freeze spells?

Is snipers battle crossbow the best current bow? I've got 4 more levels until I can use it but can't wait, just want to make there isn't a better one.

Willing to sacrifice a bit of damage for h/s or m/s, also prefer speed over slow if it matters.

Right now, the best bow is Jewel Theif's Heavy Crossbow or Heavy Crossbow of Finesse ( both same damage just different stats)

Yes Jewel Thief's Heavy Crossbow is lvl 50. Don't buy it. By the time we get to level to lvl 50 there probably will be something better...

it's not really impressive, by level 50 I'd expect 100-150 minimum

gosh, some people just don't get it. there is a level 30 version of Jewel Thief's Heavy Crossbow. Stop looking at it in the Platinum Store and get yourself hunting :D

I havent messed with an enchantress that much yet, but im guessing you'd want single target spells? Since you'll be shooting from a distance and not running into mobs with a bow, id think you'd want skills like "freeze" to keep them away from you, and "drain life" for an extra damage skill

but like i said lol, im no enchantress sooo...maybe you shouldnt listen to > me <

the build is exactly the same as every single enchantress build SHOULD be. You are just using a bow and leather.

Cmon people, with 29 skill points you can get 8 of the 9 skills that we Chanters use. Look at some other threads for the detail.s
