Why can't I boot after the second round?

Usually when I host a 3v3 Arena map, you can kick the players all the way to 10. But when the round ends and you go to the next round, it is not allowing me to kick anyone from it. Anyone else having this problem? And also when I host a 56 game, then a few 61's join, the next round I have angel gear players in my 56 game. Does the level of the game switch to 61 if the majority is 61?

No. Dont say always. This hasnt always been the case. This is a more recent glitch that sts has failed to fix, not even half a year old but old enough to have been recognized and fixed.
