Players can no longer get the 5 or 10K CTF Flag achievement for getting 5 or 10K PVP kills.
Players who had incorrectly received the 5k or 10k CTF achievements will have them removed.

Yup, that's totally stupid decision. I love unpretictability, but this game is unpredictable in unsatisfactory way :ambivalence:

Yes a horrible decision! After all, no one up to now has achieved 5k or 10k flags (highest 3709 atm) so I don't understand why it would be too difficult to remove those achievements from all players game wide. This is actually a giant step backwards for the leaderboard.

Yes, this is totally unfair. If this is the case, then why we have to try hard to capture flags before the update? Now, those with 10,000 kills but just 1,000 flags have completes pvp achievements, but others have to really capture 10,000 flags???

Maybe you should just permanently remove the achievements for 5,000 and 10,000 flags. This sounds much fairer.

Please re-consider. This update really hurts our interest to complete achievements.

STS just saw to it that those who are at the top of the leaderboards for season 2 will also retain their spots for season 3 & 4 (and maybe more). I play PvP 3-4 hours per day and I have 200 flags. It would take a thousand hours for me to get 5k or 10k flags, yet some guy who managed to get to 5k kills (which is much much easier) now has those achievement points even though he may have the same 200 flags that I have. Now there is no way I can catch up to him for several more seasons.

Retaining 5k / 10k flags achievement is screwing LB a lot, and what about people who has 4800/5000 kills or smth?
This needs to be fixed, STS!

The 5k and 10k CTF achievements have been removed from all characters that had them, and the in-game leaderboard has been reloaded to reflect the change.

Cool new ideas...but can we please get some items that are worth paying for...why should the people that have best items so far buy vanity and new weapons if its gonna lower our stats?...again thanks for the non stop updates and upgrades but please give us something to want to use platinum on thats not gonna cost us 100-200$ to get an item (hammerjaw)...

And make AL an elixir fest? PL is almost unplayable for non plat users. I like the way platinum is now, it can get you a boost but not one too big to force people to buy plat like in PL. IMO, the way plat works now is perfect
