What is the drop item that drop from classy looter elixir? anyone?

No. It makes items drop based in the stat you have the most points in.

Close, it will only drop what you are able to equip which isn't always the highest of your stats.
For instance, when I was farming lv 10 holiday stuff my dex bird could receive a staff because the staff had no int requirement. For the most part, in higher levels items have higher stat requirements, and your dominant stat takes over.

I would like to see this in a dev post. When I farmed holidays on my dex/int Mage (level 56) in a level 20 map all I got were int items, because my Mage had 120 dex, rest int. (150 some)

That still fits what I'm sayin, I just wanted to point out an anomaly in the "highest allways" hypothesis.

Lv 10 holiday items in my case had no stat requirements, just a level requirement.
In your example the higher level items had a stat minimum requirement.
