Hai, what would be the best place to level at once you hit 20? i am tryna hit 21 fast!

don't wait to get a party when you're doing WT4 just do random its much faster ... because most of the people you're going to party with will be lv 20's ... hopefully there's always a tank in your party. Goodluck
