AL must maintain the lvl21 hardship... so everybody can experience it... just a fair game to other lvl 21

I don't quite see the point of your suggestion... Are you saying that getting to level 21 should be just as hard after the update? Because it won't be. Lvl 25-26 will be the difficult level this time. All those who don't get to 21 will just miss their flag :)
