It shouldnt reset, just stop in place till end of stun. Specially when its fullu charged, cause there is bug actually, when it reset charging and give cd on it.

I disagree, stun should stop the charging. While you are stunned you cant do anything, including charging attacks. Makes sense and practical.
However I agree, the bug which results in the skill being counted as used while getting stunned (and nothing happening) should get fixed.
