right before valentines update i respec to use rally cry then respec back to original setup..
now after update, i had went back to rally cry..
so queztion is..
has it always not given healh? could have sworn gave some HP.. also it being charged, the skill doesn't take effect everytime, its rare but venge is rarer, thanks
