How do foxes "double dash" ?

I've seen foxes double dash in Ctf and pvp. On my fox I can only use a dash once whenever I want but the other dash skill I have to be within target range. However I've seen foxes dash twice when they aren't in range...

I'm on iPhone so maybe it's only a PC/android thing?

The rabid i think it's called has to be 1 to dash without being in range

1:Vixen kick - 2:rabid
Rabid might not fire off if nothing is in range. Vixen kick usually will anyway. Sometimes it seems my choice of weapon affects it.

Edit I'm guessing cuz I don't know exactly what you've seen. Both dashes are glitchy. I have dashed at things I wasn't targeting and dashed at empty space before.

There in range with both so they can do it with a combo.

There are two dashes.

Vixen kick is one where I can use whenever I want.

However rabid bite I can't use unless within target range.

So like in pvp I see 2 dashes consecutively by a fox without attacking any one.

They probably use it then back up a little then use rabid bite.

Ok so say I just go to balefort and trying to go to the stash quick. I would use vixen kick to dash me there faster. But In pvp foxs use vixen kick and rabid bite to dash wherever they want just to get them to places not to attack. But when I use the bite skill it doesn't dash unless I'm In range to attack

I can double dash with kick and bite as long as I'm not pointed at an emeny (like that dashed like that go beetween people when attacking eachother)

Idk which dash skill to be specific but one of them require only 1 skill point if you wanna dash without being in range
