Nightmare antenna

So everyone knows about the nightmare antenna, and the code is reciprocity, but i dont think anyone actually found out the real way, the way i found out was someone in my guild was looking through the dictionary and found it, apparently, could be truth or lies but the real question is:
How was everyone supposed to figure it out from this??

I think if u spoke to the NPC at ur lvl at the time they would give you a letter. Whixh was sts's way toget all lvls to work together.

If u use an alt appropriote to a particular lvl u can no doubt get a clue =] your lvl 71 wont get clues from lower lvl ncps. Ah well.
