Hi guys, i'm having some trouble with platinum.. Every level up you gain stats to improve like strength,dexterity and intelligence.. And every time I improve my stats I lose 2 platinum.. Actually i'm level 19 so make the counts,I already lost 38 platinum for nothing.. Anybody know why this happens ?
It shouldn't cost you any platinum to apply knew attribute/skill points. I've never had that problem. Are you sure it isn't being spent accidentally somewhere else?
Look at Spacetime Nexus, it lists all of your platinum transactions. Maybe take a screenshot and send it to support@spacetimestudios.com

You should have contacted support straight away with this problem, that is what they are here for.
You dont need to send a screenshot, they can see your purchase and spending history.

Ya thats odd, your skills/stats shouldnt affect your plat unless you buy respec which is 5 plat

I have had a total of 1133 FREE plats ive yet to buy ANY, if u have a credit or debit card its easy to do the free trial ,then just cancel them

I hope buying your plats using your network load would be available. Special for those who dont have access to credit/debit cards like me. :/
