Free plat offer problem

Hi all. Took up the offer of an account with CreditExpert from Hyperian, which claims to confirm plat instantly, but no plat has been credited. Is it really 'instantly' (rather than 'soon, have patience'), or has something gone wrong?

Same issue with Credit Karma. However Trial Pay Support corrected it! Try filing a report if you haven't already it only takes a few minutes.
