Figured since yall are focusing on AL, I'd put this here...

I've been trying to log into the site (http://support.spacetimestudios.com) for a few days now to fill out & check my tickets but it won't let me; the mobile site is down & the regular site gives me issues when I try to reset my password. It didn't even send an email (tried a couple of times days apart & it doesn't show up in the spam/junk mail either).

So I sent an email to support@spacetimestudios.com & I get an email from spacetimestudioshelpdesk@gmail.com Normally I'd get emails from @spacetimestudios.com not @gmail so Im suspicious of anything other than that even though it had a copy of my email to support@spacetimestudios.com -.- #justsaying


Tried on the following devices through their regular brower apps:

Device: Samsung Galaxy S "Vibrant"
OS: Froyo
Rooted? No

Device: Archose IT
OS: Gingerbread
Rooted? No

Device: LG Optimus
OS: Gingerbread or Ice Cream Sandwhich (I forgot which one its running... >__<)
Rooted? No



EDIT: Fixed the stupid typo lol.

It's support.spacetimestudios.com, @ is for email.

Yeah ik it was a typo on the forum. http://support.spacetimestudios.com is what I meant. *fixes typo*

EDIT: Btw its saved on the bookmarks and the page always popsup so I know I didn't typo it while trying to view it. XP Also, the mobile site redirects me to the PC site which ic where Im having probs. I don't have a desktop or laptop so I can only use the devices listed in the OP.

EDIT: Wait thats the site giving me the issues with resetting my pass and logging in... Ugh. :/

Maybe u can bump that thread up so they might take a second look at your situation.

Sam I did that too and it still gives me the same issue. I even cleaned out my cookies and cache.
