No XP Gain :(

Hay, newish player here, Hi :)
My XP stopped gaining as soon as i lvl'd 23, im hoping its something silly like i need to buy next area to proceed. Im currently on Balefort castle, all but the tomes of wisdom quests completed.
I've deleted app and re installed, restarted ipad, checked and re-checked disable xp gain to no effect.
Anyone had this problem before?

it's because you need to buy the next maps to proceed. you must have bought balefort castle so just do the same and buy the other dungeons. level 23 is the cap for balefort which is why you can't level.
