As we all have now noticed, STS has tombstoned GoA program.

As Ambassador programs got showed the door as well I am personally frightened to see in which direction these forums are heading as there aren't anymore those AoA or GoA pursuing kiddies. These entertaining fellas are a cruicial part of these forums and I need them for my daily laughing dozes.

So, I have a marvelous idea for keeping these essential forum beings around. Introducing exclusively by ur neighborhood friendly dudetusman,

Become a Sentinel of Alterra and earn a highly exclusive community shield!

Instead of dev granted titles, the forums will give u this title as u reach the magical 1500 reputation line (the amount of rep u need to reach the maximum green bars). Title hunters will see a definitive goal and they can pursue on their goal more efficient than ever. Besides the title of "Sentinel Of Alterra" u'll receive a magical yellow shield which has a crown in it.

But ye they really should give people stuff for being a forum Legend, but keep track people dont farm reps, an when someone because a forum legend it will alert them, then they can look back in the persons rep history an see if anythin fishy was going on.

If I am not mistaken, this type of stuff causes people to act like puppets for PL.

These "puppets" are why I dont come here often. You cant say a single thing negative, or even POTENTIALLY negative around here without a bunch of 'brownie-point' hunting wannabes chiming in.

I'm honestly sad that AoA and GoA are gone because that was a major drive to make me become more forum active. I wanted a shield lol. Was jelly of all you previous GoA waving it around in Balefort like a boss

I like the idea because it feels like without the program, all those people that very well deserve it and got it are less respected, maybe some disag.ree but that.s my opinion.

On the other hand it seems like a copy of the GOA system, which was great, but i tjhink it should be a little more...step-by-step, and original

I also think it shouldnt just be rep, i think it should be based on things like such:
How many, actually usefull guides have they made
When is the forum join date
When is the in game join date
Proof of usefull posts
How many thanks (that are actually for real reasons)

Stupid Idea. Well, at least there's consistency, the humor in this forum mirrors the game..dull, boring, stale...overall just dry :D

I'm funny. At least that's what I tell myself in the mirror as I wake up and make me some coffee and then I'll eat some fruit loops and then I go to work and the I come from work and check forums and the I might go to bed or watch something from netflix and then fall asleep during the movie and then my tab's battery is dead the next morning and I am sad.
