The tactics are not the same for r v r,r v w, r v s, s v s, s v w, w v w for different levels.So do the builds.as for me ,I made two lv 10 war twink ,one for vsing Mage and war ,other vsing rogue,they are using different skills .So it is not comparable which class is more OP.For example,my lev15 rogue can own all level 16 sor and war by some build, but sor and war may dominate rogue if rogue use some other build (which might be the best build for rogue vs rogue)
