BSM Elite Weapons

There is probably already a post on this but I couldn't find it....

Why do BSM weapons not have a cool proc? The Humania elites were so great!

Any possibility of this still happening?

I can't see it happening. Techno said as much in a post about them not long after they came out. And anyway, the stat requirements are so ludicrous on str and int items that they'd hardly be used anyway. At this point we're all better off if STS just learns from this experiment and makes the next elite set both cooler and more accessible statwise.
