Vorpal and Dark Watch sword update problem

Recently, my friend started saying his vorpal sword was less powerful, less damage, and less critical after update. Thos update was supposed to nerf the sword for pvp, but somehow, it made its way to pve. Here's a screenie:

It was an overall nerf. Its true those procced too often. If you had a warrior yourself you would know. I used to do more crits than normal attacks before update now its around 40crits 60normals so imo its better. Warriors still hit for nice amount if specced right. :)
