1. Im lvl 72 and completed 15 quest in Black Smoke but cant find another 7 . Where i can find them?
2.Can someone give good build on rhino lvl 20?

You probably need to do the elite ring quests. Try turning your quest helper/arrow on

There are 4 elite quests and as for the other 3 check lost valley. Or do what J said.
