Auto-skilling issue

When i creat a new warrior im automatically skilling "chest splitter" when i finish the tutorial.
This really bugs me because i have to respec when i want to creat a new warrior and don't want to use chest splitter. Bugs me ever more because i don't have plat at the moment.

Is this because of the 2x exp weekend, because you never gained a level up after finishing the tutorial if i remember correctly

Plz help me or correct me if im wrong

I don't understand this reply.
Is the bug getting fixed soon? Warrior automatically gets Chest Splitter, Rogue = Noxious Bolt, and Sorcerer = Frost Bolt, whenever I create a new character.
