Charged timeshift does not root in watchers tomb 4 (PVE)

Hi,

I tested charged timeshift in elite maps in dead city, and it seems to work, but using it in watchers tomb 4 does not root any of the mob (even small mobs)... Just wondering if this is a bug?

As far as I know, I don't think you can root/stun mobs that the skeleton Mage spawn.
