When i eant get platinum free offer i press on trialplay or on w3i but theres no offers i try this every day but nothing hapen.help?

Yea i have this probelm to, it always redirected me to a "Temporary Error" page on my Safari , a few more fails and i will go NUTS!!!!!!!
