Changing Gear Colors

i see many clothing items with different colors, my question is how can I chnage the color of gear i already have, the gear i want to buy and change the color of is the "Tracksuit hood" if someone could tell me how the change that, that would be awesome!

Hi Gothic_1.

You cannot change the color of clothes, there are just different color clothes you can buy or find on maps.
Some clothes were only available during a certain period of time and are no longer available, except maybe for sale in the auction.
