Klaas / shazbot issue

idk whats going on with mine..
but every single time..
mostly for klaas.. when i go to take my chest..
it would just say "klaas has given you a treasure chest" or somethin like that..
but i get nothing :/

I personally have not seen this issue myself but have read several versions of this issue ppl are having. I guess the obvious questions is are you double tapping the screen and ensuring u check to see if no new elixers, pots or eggs are there?

Yup, always checked.. elixirs.. none.. same with eggs.. mana or health
its like on and off on me.. but it has happened like 2-3 days consecutive for klaas

LOL - I always just assumed I got a Story Token or Hauntlet Coin because I never really know how many of those I've got. If I don't see eggs, elixirs or HP/Mana pots, I just assume a Token or Coin.

Glad to see I'm not a nuts as I thought.

The chests expire if you wait too long to collect it, so it'll say "you have received..." But you won't actually get anything.

Just saying here to went off... Was looking forward to use my lixes aaaaaaand both disappeared... Only bad thing since expansion :D
