with the kraken update nearing... an additional 5 more skill will be given... what skill should this skill points be allotted to? both for PvE and PvP

Well, it depends on:
a) your class
b) your build
c) your play style
All factors on what helps you survive longer in PvP & PvE. Although, survivability in PvP really needs an adjustment.
EDIT: Also depends on the stats of the new gear for the lvl you're aiming for (which would be cap in most cases).

for "your class" well i posted it on rogue discussion so it will be probably about rogue... my build is just same as the others... my playstyle? i slay players a lot! ahaha

Eh, I use the StS forum app so new threads popup in the "new" list.. Therefore the location of the thread isn't shown.
Anyway, for Rogues it depends. Whats your play style like? Do you want more dmg or high crits? Do you want to PvP more and not really PvE? Etc.
Either way, there are some decent builds on the Rogues Class forum so dig through to check it out!
