If i bought a guild charter, and disband my guild to join another. Do i keep the charter and name or is it lost?

You can kick everyone, though it might take time... And I think you can rename, but not sure on that :)

No you must delete the guild completely lose your plat/ gold for making it and then make a new one with the new name.
