Villainous Set Lvl21 or Heroic Set Lvl21?

Are there any major differences and which would you prefer more for PvE and Elite runs? And also is a Vorpal Sword a good option for runs?

Heroic better (for me) and yes vorpal is good. But you might want new gear after cap release :)
