As far as I know, once you capped a gold and exceeded it for like just a single gold, a mysterious tax will deduct from your money, it happened to me and it was deducted by 200k. But in your case I guess you have to ask for support.

On the support website did you see the big button of the AL sorcerer that says "Contact Us"? Yeah, click that or email to support@spacetimestudios.com

Lol bro, give it some time. With more games = countless amounts of more messages for them to respond too. Techno Email responded to a message that I sent a month and a half ago.
Still though, this situation makes me laugh for some reason... does that make me a bad person? xD
Computers/programs works >99.9999% accurately, guess what, if you just faced 1000000th case or a bug of that number.
