needing my bear ao3-ready

so i have my pally up for AO3's release, but am fearing those obnoxious all bear teams that pop up every so often. would appreciate it if someone could help me out get him (my bear, IGN Mixcoatl) from 32 -> 45 ASAP.
i do not even have time to get specific gear for the intermediate levels lol.

I actually hate these kinds of threads and requests, but emergencies happen.

(as for reward... AO3 repeat drops i get with this guy?)
