Arcane items special ability

Ok so i was thinking this is supposed to be an extremely expensive nd rare item so what if it was made special in the sense that it's lvl changes according to the holders level this would make it a lot more special as you lvl or De lvl if u give it to a lower lvl the weapon automatically changes to the holders lvl

I think I get what your saying..... If you list it in the CS you can't view the specific stats for your level though, so people would see it and be like, "This item might suck, or it might not.... meh" *leaves*
