I bought for level 5

Bought for lvl6 and lvl10 but set seems to be weaker.
I bought the sets for warrior and the armor has the same stats as the storm warrior.
Weapon is weaker than Vorpal and Dark Watch.
The helm is weaker than my other helms.

Overall u can say, the set is just for looks xD

And I bought it at level 25 and sold the hat for 70k to completely recoup the loss. Weapon/vest will do me until level 26.
