i thought i finished all the maps in dead city... finished all the monsters there but still can't get to pirate island... and i dont have clue what should i do.. so pity and so lazy for me.. anyone help???

You need to go to the City of Windmoore. From there, you go near the PvP entrance and you'll have a gate/portal to the Harbor.
