Hi there,


I have a mage on the 25th lvl just now, and i have just bought Deep See Enchanter Bundle.
This is my third or fourth time buying that upgrade, however, this time all items that I have received are for the level 21!
Each time I paid for that feature I was given items suitable for my level.

I'm writing to inquire about how to revoke this transaction and get my funds back.
Obviously I have been given additional slots, potions etc., but it is equipment that I care for the most.

everything looks correct from what I see, contact customer support to resolve your issue. In the meantime, is anyone else seeing this issue?

A word of clarification on the matter.

I have received the correct items for my level, but what confused me in the first place, is the fact that they have been placed in slots where my old equipment was, instead of being placed in the side slots as always.

I am not sure if this is a bug or not, but still it is very confusing.
